.caption competition

Every month the caption competition gives you a chance to win a citycycling t-shirt of your choice. Simply have a look at the picture above and come up with a funny caption for it. The best, picked by a distinguished panel of cyclists, journalists, photographers and cats, will be announced next month.

Email your captions to captions@citycycling.co.uk by 28th August 2008, and remember to include your address, t-shirt size and t-shirt design (all of which can be seen in the ccStore).

.issue 37 winner

Plaudits to Mike Annan for "Never ride a bike that's smaller than piece of cake" and Maarten Sneep with "Do not wash bike at 95°C", but our favourite for the month was surely inspired by Father Ted, and for that alone deserves to win.

Well done to Chris Kelly and, "It's not small...it's just further away than you think!"
